Halloween scares, mental health awareness

This year’s Screamfield — part Halloween haunt, part mental health awareness event — takes place at Malahide Community Place (12105 Whittaker Rd., Springfield), Oct. 27-29, from 7-9 p.m.

Great Big Crunch

Students from across southwestern Ontario, including those at Locke's Public School in St. Thomas, took part in the Ontario Student Nutrition Program’s annual Great Big Crunch on Oct. 20. The initiative is designed to get children eating more fruits and vegtables.
