About Carroll Publishing Inc.

Carroll Publishing Inc., is a limited company owned by Terry and Nancy Carroll of St. Thomas. It publishes The St. Thomas Elgin Weekly News, Elgin This Month and the occasional specialty publication.

Founded as a partnership in 2005 under the St. Thomas Super Shopper name, the company was incorporated in 2009 as Carroll Publishing Inc.

Terry and Nancy feel a strong commitment to their staff and the people of St. Thomas and Elgin County. Terry was born and raised on a farm near West Lorne and spent most of his working life at newspapers in Alberta and Ontario. Nancy has been involved in several of these papers and currently operates a day care in St. Thomas.
